what sizes do you offer?
we currently offer sizes from 0–3M to 5–7Y. our pieces are designed with flexible sizing so they last through growth spurts. we recommend checking the size chart on each product page for a perfect fit.
can your tees be worn different ways?
yes! our tees are designed with a relaxed, boxy fit — so they work a few different ways. wear them true to size, a little oversized as a t-shirt dress, or let your kid grow into a cropped look with fun pants or layered over a long sleeve. flexible sizing means more wear, less waste.
how should i wash the clothes?
for best results, wash inside out on cold using a gentle cycle. lay flat or hang to dry, and avoid tumble drying or fabric softeners. bamboo fabrics do best when washed with similar materials and without velcro or zippers that could cause snags.
do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
not just yet, but we’re working on it! in the meantime, feel free to send a note to dearclaiborne@gmail.com if your order is a gift — we’ll do what we can to make it special.
do you offer local pickup?
yes! if you're local to texas, we offer free local pickup at checkout. you'll receive pickup instructions via email once your order is ready.
do you accept returns or exchanges?
we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. exchanges are free — we'll cover the shipping for your new item. just email us at dearclaiborne@gmail.com to get started.
how long will my order take to ship?
orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. we currently ship within the U.S.
