The Key Lime Play Short for toddlers is an easy, throw-on staple built for comfort and movement. These elastic-waist shorts are made from a soft cotton spandex blend (95% cotton, 5% spandex) that’s breathable with just the right amount of stretch.
The fresh green fabric gives a fun summer feel, finished with a subtle logo on the back pocket (because apparently pockets are non-negotiable now for my toddler). Easy, playful, but not over the top. The waistband is soft and flexible, designed to sit comfortably on little bellies.
Fit Tip: Same fit as our Pretzel Set shorts, just one inch longer. If they feel a little long, roll them for a shorter, more styled look.
Care Instructions: Wash inside out on cold using a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry; do not tumble dry. For best results, use a phosphate-free detergent to preserve color and fabric. If dried, slight shrinkage may occur.
Model Fit: blonde model is 38" and wearing size 2/3! Outside boy in new balances 44" wearing size 4/5 shorts.

- Wash inside out on cold using a gentle or delicate cycle
- Use phosphate-free detergent to help preserve the print and fabric
- Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry
- Avoid washing with items that have velcro or exposed zippers to prevent snags
- With regular washing, some fading of the print is natural over time
- Avoid hot water or high heat — this can cause the graphic to stick to itself. If that happens, don’t pull it apart; let it cool and dry flat before separating.
what size should i get?
we recommend choosing the size closest to your child’s age. our tees have a relaxed, boxy fit — they can be worn true to size, oversized as a t-shirt dress, or cropped as your child grows.

what fabric do you use?
our tees are made from 100% cotton or a soft cotton-bamboo blend, depending on the style — always breathable, comfy, and easy to wear.
